Accessing Counselling

Find your counselling option

There are several ways to access counselling with us. Some of our counselling is fully funded, while our low-cost counselling service asks you to make a contribution towards the cost.

We currently provide counselling for people who live or work in Camden, Islington, the City of London or Westminster. The type of counselling available to you will depend on where you live, where your GP is based and whether you are able to contribute towards the cost.

What happens after you are referred?

Every referral is reviewed by our team before counselling begins. This helps us understand more about your circumstances and ensure that the counselling pathway you have been referred for is appropriate for you.

As part of this process, we will arrange an assessment with you. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about what has brought you to counselling, explain what we can offer and consider whether our service is able to provide the right support for you.

If a different counselling pathway or another type of support would be more appropriate, we will discuss this with you.
